H.O.P.E. Line

(Helping Other People toward Empowerment)

The H.O.P.E. Line is a toll-free telephone line available to residents of St. Lawrence and Hamilton Counties in Northern New York. Current or former recipients of mental health services staff the phone line and provide support for individuals struggling with life experiences and stressful situations. The toll free line is available 7 days a week from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., as well as Saturdays from 2:00-6:00 p.m.

Also callers are provided with information regarding the services available at St. Lawrence and Hamilton Counties, such as housing, food or counseling services.
